If you're a morning person and you're tired of just sitting behind your desk, why don't you come run with us? We're always looking for new team members to help us at events across New England. No race timing experience is necessary, but a passion for running is always a plus!
We provide full training, and opportunities to advance to Lead Timer with higher pay rates will be available.
Responsibilities
Set up and breakdown of start and finish line equipment
Data management for new participants registering on race day
Producing and posting race results during and after the event
Managing the flow of participants at the start and finish line
Taking finish line photos
Fielding questions from participants about results
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or in progress) preferred, but not required
Ability to problem solve on the fly
Ability to work in a high-pressure, time sensitive environment
Basic computer literacy, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel
Ability to be on-time, typically for early morning weekend call times
Must have driver's license and vehicle to reach event locations
Events typically take place outdoors in all weather conditions, so please be prepared
